Al Khayyat Contracting & Trading (KCT) certifies to ISO 22301

Al Khayyat Contracting & Trading (KCT) has become the first construction company that BSI have certified to ISO 22301 in the GCC and MEA region

The certificate was awarded to Mr Salim Ata Jarrar, CEO of KCT by Mr Simon Kendall, Director of UK Trade and Investment in Qatar and Mr Omar Rashid, General Manager, BSI Middle East and Africa.

Mr Simon Kendall congratulated KCT as the first construction company that BSI have certified to ISO 22301 in the GCC/MEA region, ‘achieving certification to ISO 22301 is a proud moment for Al Khayyat Contracting & Trading and their team. This certification highlights the vision of KCT to respond to incidents and business disruptions in an effective and planned manner should they need to. It provides evidence of the outstanding level of effort and work that went into attaining this certification. I congratulate Mr Adnan Qamar who headed this project and his team on their certification and commitment to pursuing operational excellence at all levels’, said Mr Kendall.
